It's all systems go !

The barn dance band have confirmed a date with me and the Barn Dance is definitely going to be on the 19th of June. This means that I can now go ahead and advertise the event, print the tickets and start to sell them. I have 7 definites already today.

Yeee Haaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!



This also means that I can get the tickets printed for my special raffle of a 2-hour top-to-toe massage treatment, winner to be drawn at the Barn Dance.




I've managed to motivate myself into doing some training and went swimming this morning. I did 40 lengths of Orpington pool. I've signed up for the swimming leg of the Sevenoaks triathlon in April (my friends are doing the running and cycling bits) so that will make me swim more!

I have a date now to do the collection at Tesco Extra in Orpington - a month from today, Friday April 9th, so I'm really pleased about that. Carole and Jane have kindly offered to do a shift each with me.

So there we have it - all systems go!
