IT'S THE START OF MY OFFICIAL TRAINING!
OK, today is the start of the official 6 month training plan. I'm ahead of schedule so it's not gonna be too tough for a little while. But it does mean that I have to fit it in now, however busy I am.

Last week I managed to do a 40 minute walk, a 30 minute jog and a 35 minute jog. I didn't get a walk in this weekend as I worked all day on Saturday and went to watch the London Marathon on Sunday.

So, today - I was scheduled to do a 30 minute walk up and down a hill. So I decided to walk to Tesco and get my groceries this morning. Between my house and Tesco there's a fairly steep hill - downhill on the way there and uphill on the way back with a bag full of shopping on my back. Potatoes included!

I have the same training on Wednesday and Friday and will also be doing a couple of runs this week as I'm taking part in a fun run (dressed as a Nun) on Sunday.
The Nun-run is a 4-mile run, starting next to City Hall on Potters Fields and running on footpaths past the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, South Bank, London Bridge, Southwark Bridge, Globe Theatre, Tate Modern, Blackfriers Bridge, Thames Path, Tower of London and finish back in the city. It should be lots of fun and all helps towards my fitness training for Kili!

FUNDRAISING
The Jewelry is selling well, I sold a bracelet on Friday and 3 more pieces today. Thanks again to Rachael for donating it to me. I'm looking forward to the Jewelry Party as soon as the other items arrive.
