
I practiced with it today, with not much success. I feel like I'm potty training! More practice is definately needed.
Training was going well, with cycling, jogging, walking, gym and swimming. But I've now pulled the calf muscle in my left leg.
Last week I did a step-aerobics class and felt my muscle tighten up. I rested it and stretched it out and it's been ok for a week but I did an 8 mile walk yesterday and half way through it seized up on me! I managed the last hour and a half back to the car but was hobbling by the end of the 3 hours.
I iced it and then could hardly walk on it at all. I'm pleased to report an improvement this morning though, and I feel much more positive about it today.
My planned walk tomorrow is off the menu though :-(((
